As much as it sucks not continuing the momentum of the current scene, I do genuinely enjoy making these. It brings me back to reading the omake bits at the end of manga. But again, this should only last about a month before I'm back on a regular schedule again.

I was originally going to have Aset say 'You have to see what he did', but decided instead to have her parallel more with Set's original line of 'You don't have to look'. It's really fun having both Aset and Set take Edith through this memory!

I hate to pause during such a tense part, but I need to take a break to finish the PDF for IRON BARGE in the next month. While I do that, I'm going to run some Q&A Comics, taking questions about the current storyline, mythology or recent developments you're curious about the backstory for!

Mary are you aura farming right now

I realized I forgot a flashback I wanted to include at the end of that scene. It wasn't huge, and the story is okay without it. But it would have been a little button of Mary and Shelly first meeting Sobek. Maybe I'll do a mini comic that includes that AND how Mary created her ushabti. For now, Sobek and Mary make it back to the temple!
